The Wine Book Club is an on-line wine club for wine lovers who also love to read. With books and stories selected by wine bloggers, every other month we announce a new title and discuss it online through various blogs, websites, and online discussion forums such as those on Shelfari and Facebook. We hope that readers without blogs will post in the comments sections of their favorite blogs, on the discussion forum here at winebookclub.org, at Shelfari, or on Facebook. A round-up of posts and discussions will also be posted.

To keep everyone motivated between club meetings, the Wine Book Club will “Spin the Bottle” and invite specific wine bloggers to contribute reviews on books with more specialized content that overlap with their area of expertise. These will appear on the web in January, March, May, July, September, and November and announcements will be made here on the site when the reviews appear.

So locate your library card or start alphabetizing the wine books you already own but haven’t read, because the books we are reading might be on your shelf already. Interested in hosting an upcoming event? Please let us know, and we’ll put you down on the list.
