Classification of wine
Any wine is a product of fermented juice of various fruits and fruit. Wines are classified in many ways affecting both the physical properties of wine, and with the qualitative characteristics.
Wines are classified by many signs.
Classification of wines by the time of exposure:
• Ordinary wine - poured almost immediately after cooking, with an exposure of several weeks to several months,
• vintage wine - wine of improved quality, cooked with special technology from selected varieties of grapes, or mixtures thereof, with the mandatory time before bottling is not less than 6 months
• Vintage wine - with an exposure of at least 1.5 years
• Collection of wine - with an exposure of at least 3 years.
Color According to this criterion as the color of grape wines are divided into white, pink and red. But the fact is that the main difference between white, pink and red wines is not in their color, and in manufacturing technology and chemical composition. Most of the white and rose wines do not stand up. The most valuable thing in them - fresh and sharp, strong flavor. Young wine can fully feel the taste of fresh grapes.
