Competitions bakery Sirha 2011

From 24 to 26 January 2011, Sirha host the 2011 World of Bread “Taste and Nutrition”. This third edition which goes up in power will rise from 2 to 3 days and will host six additional countries. These are eighteen international teams will compete to reveal emerging trends from the bakery.

The test “Pastries” by addition of an enriched category “Crescents.” Sirha 2011 will also host the 10th edition of the Coupe de France Bakery 22 and 23 January 2011 in which twelve teams will play their ticket to the European Cup Bakery.


Ambassadors of The World of Bread Loaf, and its selection, are chaired by the association of Ambassadors of Pain. Each year, this contest is the opportunity for a craft evolving demonstrate its dynamism and creativity. Through the expertise of the best bakers, she emphasizes the nutritional and culinary bread, food secular and universal.
