Malaga expects more than 10,000 people on the night of wine

The event is scheduled for August 15, or Sunday. The event is recognized and already has a long history. La Noche de Vino de Competa (Malaga) this weekend held its thirty-fifth edition and is already consolidating and deepening as one of the most popular and oldest festivals in the region. Of course I expected to celebrate it in style, with the visit of more than 10,000 pilgrims, desirous of good wine and much celebration.


In this celebration (of special interest declared by the Diputación de Málaga) is 5,000 liters of wine divided Competa, its sweet and dry varieties. In addition, attendees can enjoy many other surprises, such as entertainment music , a handicrafts market and the tasting of regional products.

Of course, for the followers of the wine and wine in general and is available to the official schedule of the party that now we turn to details. At 1100 hours there will be a Mass in honor of Our Lady of the Assumption in the church of the same name. That night the opening speech by Antonio Garrido Moraga (Professor, University of Malaga), will be the star of the evening special. To close this unique show, there will be a flamenco show in tribute to La Niña de la Puebla, so that citizens can enjoy singing, dancing and tap the best. Then, Málaga opens its doors with the best wines and renowned entertainment.
