la-draille
A family with a long history wine.
The family is installed Boutin Aspères since at least 1724. The culture of the vine is a family tradition that has endured for four generations.
In 2003, a major overhaul has seen the vineyard and the winery is turning to direct efforts towards quality. Today, this quality is recognized by leading French specialists. This recognition comes as the efforts of Florent and Nathalie Boutin.

The soil of Cabres.
Some of the vineyards of Mas Cabres is on the place known namesake. This soil is characterized by stony loam soils, red clay and limestone boulders. In the middle of the scrubland Gard, these vineyards are located on the foothills of the Cevennes. This proximity promotes night cooling berries during the ripening period and brings rain to welcome the spring and later in the season.
An unwavering confidence surrounding nature.
The vineyards are nestled in the middle of the scrubland where the natural scents fragrant grape skins and is found naturally in wine. This nature, leaves the family Boutin speak. A supporter of minimum intervention (in the vineyard and winery), the family Boutin allows the wines to express the natural potential of their grapes.
They just keep changing things occurring only when really necessary to give a clue to the nature. This wild retransmits all his strength and generosity in the field of wines for our enjoyment. The vintage Draille The gluttony is a unique, it reflects the quality of these soils to Cevennes.
Tasting: Mas Cabres.
This wine comes in a red dress with a beautiful deep purple.
The nose is very intense. Complex, he reveals successive notes of black olive which are superimposed black fruits (blackberry, blackcurrant). After a brief cooling, the wine opens with scents of tobacco, menthol, licorice, garrigue. The nose is constantly evolving and this is what we like!
On the palate, the attack is heavy, massive. The wine is very full mouth and offers a cool appreciably. The balance is superb. The tannins are melted and delicious. We find the fruity nose perceived. The finish is worn by the smoothness of the tannins and aromas of roasted cocoa, coffee and milk which blends subtle licorice.
This wine is really excellent! The greed that emerges should enable it to satisfy the greatest number. We imagine a beautiful coastline associated with braised beef! At this price, this wine is a real blow of heart money / pleasure. A great wine at a low price that has the potential for successful aging: enjoy it !
With the vintage The Draille Nathalie Boutin and Florent offer an appropriate expression of the generosity and quality of their soil. This “vintage pleasure” has already made many fans that we’re gone. With you to take the plunge, you will not be disappointed!
