The Way of Dreams opened its doors.

Despite unpredictable weather, Benoit Viot accompanied by his family welcomed home fans at their open day as Sunday, June 6 Visit vineyards, art exhibition, and of course winemaker dinner tasting of wines of the Way of Dreams came to fill the day. In short, a Sunday field Path of Dreams. Swell!

Once is not custom, this day started with the presentation of the field of Dreams Way , a glass of wine in hand, sheltered in their new outlet located at the edge of their vineyards in St. Gely du Fesc (Herault 34).

The path of fruit!

While the Path of Dreams is a good wine, although the labels and names of their wines attract the eye, although their lands are opposite and complementary. The information we had identified in our previous article on Benoit Viot and scope of the Path of Dreams.

Today we reveal another secret (if any): the fruit of their wines!
I realized that some of their wines expressed more clearly defined fruit!

For example, the vintage Abracadabra 2008 (Pic Saint Loup – Red Wine – 7,80 €) reveals intense blackberry and bramble partner.

The vintage 2007 Quirky (Gres de Montpellier – Red Wine – 9,50 €) forcefully expresses hints of cassis.

The vintage Utopia 3 (Vin de Pays de l’Hérault – red wine – 13 €) exudes aromas of jammy strawberry associated with licorice.

The pink Abracadabra (Pic Saint Loup) also expresses pretty little sour fruits (currants, raspberries), while the white Abracadabra 2008 (Coteaux du Languedoc – 7,80 €) expressed over the pears, peaches.

Let us walk in the vineyards, for that … it does not rain!

Having toured the wines, we went to smell the sweet aroma exhaled vine flowering. We started with a vine Carignan that is directly around the area. Then we went to see a parcel of Syrah with trellising was recently redone.
