At Trinity Hill’s Gimblett Road Vineyards, the river stones gently release their heat long after the sun has set. This helps to promote perfect ripening of the grapes.
The Gimblett Road Red is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. The nose shares dusty cassis and complex red fruit notes. A taste reveals dusty cassis, blueberry, and a hint of leather. This wine is elegant and ends with a long length of complex flavors.
