White Wine Grapes: Colombard

The Colombard white wine can be found all over the world. From the U.S., France to South Africa, all this variety is grown and appreciated. In the U.S., Colombard white wine is grown primarily in California. Occasionally you will find this variety in Australia and Israel. The Colombard white wine is made from Colombard grapes.

This vine is of course derived from the varieties Gouais Blanc and Chenin Blanc. The well for them intersanteste Colombard white wine is grown in France. If they cost the Colombard white wine they are tasting a sour note. The wines are fruity aroma and taste can of pear, apple and lemon.

The Colombard white wine is dubbed by many as a rather average white wine. The white wine is therefore in its production declined. Nevertheless, they should just try it for this wine between meals. Of light appetizers and salads but also in a summery white wine spritzers in the sour Colombard White Wine is wonderful.
