1999 Fleur de Carneros
“Carneros” Pinot Noir

Lite styled Pinot that is delicious and pretty easy to hunt down. Light red berry flavors dominate and the softness shines through. Always an easy choice from Carneros Creek Winery.
1997 Robert Stemmler
Sonoma County Pinot Noir

Full flavored, rich and forceful Pinot that shows its muscle when many Pinots’ rely on their gentleness. Nice with the dark meat. Aged 13 months in French Oak.
1999 Clos Pegase
“Mitsuko’s Vineyard” Chardonnay

Unfiltered and showing nice aromas of peach and a rich citrus flavor that delivers a nice long finish.
1999 Cambria
“Katherine’s Vineyard” Chardonnay

A nice balance of acidity that really shows off its full, rich, buttery, mouth-filling range of pleasant tastes. Nice and abundant with flavor. Bold finish of toast and pear.
2000 Rodney Strong
“Charlotte’s Home” Sauvignon Blanc

Crisp, but with a bit more weight than some, nice delicious fruit and a super clean finish.
1999 Franciscan
Napa Valley Merlot

A crowd-pleaser that will drink very well with many dishes, and has nice dark cherry and ripe plum flavors. Nice stuff from Napa. Franciscan has been putting out some very nice stuff in recent years.
1998 Chateau Ste. Michelle
“Cold Creek Vineyard” Riesling

One of Columbia Valley’s best known vineyards that produces an excellent Riesling. If you need one wine that comes across with sweet apricot flavors, this is the one.
1999 Kenwood
Sonoma County Gewürztraminer

Soft anrd ready to pour the folks that might not drink that much wine. Something for them to try that won’t pucker up their mouths. Off-dry (that means it has a bit of sweetness to it) and offers elegant flavors.
NV Deutz
Brut Classic Champagne

A phenomenal Champagne house that has been producing great sparklers that are not always that easy to find. This producer is lesser known than most but is in the class of the big boys. Elegant and ready to be popped.
