A crowd-pleaser that will drink very well with many dishes, and has nice dark cherry and ripe plum flavors. Nice stuff from Napa. Franciscan has been putting out some very nice stuff in recent years.

One of Columbia Valley’s best known vineyards that produces an excellent Riesling. If you need one wine that comes across with sweet apricot flavors, this is the one.

Sonoma County Gewürztraminer

Soft anrd ready to pour the folks that might not drink that much wine. Something for them to try that won’t pucker up their mouths. Off-dry (that means it has a bit of sweetness to it) and offers elegant flavors.

NV Deutz
Brut Classic Champagne

A phenomenal Champagne house that has been producing great sparklers that are not always that easy to find. This producer is lesser known than most but is in the class of the big boys. Elegant and ready to be popped.
